Babu, VM inspected Guard of honour presented by the NCC Cadets of 1 Goa Battalion NCC during his visit to NCC units in Goa on September 23, 2008. Col F. B. Patel Commanding Officer 1 Goa Battalion NCC and Col. J. S Rawat, Group Commander Group HQ. Belgaum were also present.
